TJ Rubicon uses 75W140 Synthetic. The rear is a limited slip when not locked.
I havent been picky on brand and have not used a friction modifier. I have not been able to find anything from the manufacturer requiring it. I am assuming that it is not a clutch disc type limited slip.

The rear takes about 1-1/2 bottles (quart size?).
The front a little less.
