2 Jeep 4.0L NVH builder blocks. One is out of a 1997 Cherokee. The other is out of a 1998 Cherokee.
These are both good blocks with rotating assemblies. Great start for that rebuild project. $50 each. First buyer has option of taking cylinder head and header thrown in for free. Both include valve cover.

How do the cylinder walls look? They still rotate completely?
Thanks.

Yes, they both rotate freely. They have some ridge and taper, but shouldn't take much to clean up. (0.020" or so)

Dang, I was looking all over for a rebuildable engine or block and couldn't find squat for months! Just picked up another 96 Cherokee as an engine donor for the wife's Classic or I'd snag one in an second, great price!

They should work in 1997-98 Wrangler after swapping out oil filter adapter.

does it come with the roller cart? Seriously?
I may get one, I will call tomorrow if I can get permission,
And I would pick it up tomorrow as I am driving a work truck, and live off of 79 & old 79

If one would easily go in my 97 TJ, i do believe I would want one. Would be nice if I could get the cylinder head.

I'm down to one (the 98 block), but the head, header and valve covers are still here free for the taking if you buy the block.
