I will fabricate my own long arm lift kit, with Currie Joints on one end, and bushings on the other end. I also fabricated my own frame brackets. The control arms will 2 inch tube for the lowers, and 1.281 OD uppers. I built a bending jig for the upper control arm brackets.

In summary, the Dana 44 front and rear axles are from a 2004 Rubicon. The lift kit will have two upper control arms, two lower control arms and panhard bar front and rear, just like the factory. I will start to strip the this weekend, and tack welding my own brackets in place. The springs are 5 1/2 lift, a bit bigger than I wanted. I hope to have the rig on the trails by 10-26-13, for Washita. Lots to do.
