I have the ORO Litedot's. Not sure I'd buy them again as they are pretty pricey, though they will take a little smacking around. Those are my second set (they had a bad run of potting in the circuit boards and warrantied my first set). I may have a couple of individual LED's out now.

I think Beth has had a couple of sets replaced, her's sees more road time than mine so she may be a better judge of them for long term usage.

I thought Savvy made a cheaper version, but they're about the same price wise.

I may do something like this next time, though it would be nice to find a surface mount pair:

Not sure how cheesy it would look, but these plastic boxes:

Or even the bling aluminum ones:

or even the steel boxes with the above lights may be a cheaper alternative.

Be nice if you could find or maybe make a low profile box since those lights are pretty slim anyway. Keep ya from having to cut a hole.

I've got a set of the Maxxima 6" oval ones. I like them, but I was surprised how far they stick out.

It looks like the 4" round ones may be a little shallower mount.

One good thing about Lite Dots is you don't have to cut your tub.

I have the round truck lights and had to cut a 4" hole in my tub. No going back after that. I debated on the Lite Dots but the price turned me off and at the time the reputation of them having burned out lights was pretty bad too.
