CHECK IN! WHERE TO BE ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 1:
Registration and Jeep Rodeo will be at the Washington County Fairgrounds from 5 P.M. to 9 P.M. The fairgrounds is located at HWY 185 and HWY 8. There is a Lion’s Club Lion’s Den at that location also so you may hear it referred to as the Lion’s Club.There will be people to meet, greet and assist you at both the ranch and the Washington County Fairgrounds on Friday and people will be available to help lead you back and forth between the two.
We suggest you go to the ranch get your camping area set up and then head over to the fairgrounds. If you have a CB monitor channel 4, which is the channel, we typically use.
WHAT IF YOU HAVEN’T REGISTERED/PAID YET?
If you haven’t registered you can still show up Friday at the Jeep Rodeo (10-1-04 5 P.M.-9 P.M.) or Saturday morning (arrive prior to 8 a.m.) on the Sayersbrook parking lot.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE…the price for Jeepstock is the same regardless of when you arrive to enjoy the fun.
$125 for the driver.
$75 for passengers 16 and over
and $40 for passengers 3-15.
THERE IS NO DISCOUNT FOR LATE ARRIVALS. WE HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FOOD THROUGH OUR VENDORS BUT T-SHIRTS AND OTHER JEEPSTOCK PERKS ARE ONLY RESERVED FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PRE-REGISTERED.
